Jim Kelly, co-inventor/owner of the TELLUS Process, is a serial entrepreneur with deep commercial and residential real estate development and entitlement experience. Mr. Kelly is the former Managing Partner and COO of CT Realty Investors (“CTRI”), a fully integrated real estate investment, development, and management company. Jim has over 25 years of commercial and industrial construction and development experience and extensive experience in technology and process development.
Mr. Michalek is an experienced developer of successful engineering programs – combining engineering skills with strong market sense and business acumen, resulting in commercial success with high returns on investment. Mr. Michalek’s successful development experiences span the globe, with business and technology development in the Middle East, England, France, Germany, Russia, the Czech Republic, Canada, Belgium, Japan, and Asia.

A graduate of the University of Toledo with Bachelors degrees in Marketing and Financial Services, and an M.B.A. in Finance. Corey brings experience in corporate finance, marketing, warehouse operations, and many other support roles to the company.
As Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Cuvar has extensive understanding of mechanical engines, power plant operations, and design, as well as a background in nuclear physics and metallurgy (including frequency effects on atomic structures) and organic chemistry (hydrocarbon combustion and HazMat chemistry). He leads a coalition of scientists who have developed the QC-GAS™ process. His experience includes the design and fabrication of mechanical components using both rare and common materials, and extensive work with magnetics and their effects on water and metals. He is also an effective instructor and liaison/problem solver between PhD engineers and field implementers.

He maintains leadership skills and experience in marketing & sales, operations & training, administration, product development, manufacturing & distribution, project management and commercial real estate. Don heads all marketing and communication efforts for QCI, LLC and its subsidiaries.
Attorney with more than 17 years of experience representing the legal interests of Architects, Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Contractors in complex and technical construction, environmental, and commercial litigation matters; arbitrator on small and large construction matters, and counselor to clients on corporate formation, contract review, and general corporate advisory services. Maria is licensed in California, Michigan and Arizona.
Jennifer Dunigan has over 25 years of experience in both public and private accounting. She has broad operational and financial experience of managing all aspects of budgeting, recordkeeping and reporting for domestic and international entities in the fields of manufacturing, retail/wholesale distributing, and service, as well as real estate development, construction, and property management.
